What Are Dental Fillings Made From?

At Mercato Dental Centre, we use fillings made from either composite resin or amalgam. Amalgam fillings are very strong and last longer than composite fillings. However, unlike composite fillings that can be colour-matched to the natural teeth, amalgam feelings, with their shiny metal appearance, are more visible in the mouth.
